Complete Dance Studios was established in 2007. We wanted to create a dance school that could provide everything a child needs to be prepared for the industry. We recognise potential from an early age and love seeing our pupils working hard towards, and achieving, their goals.
The Teachers
We have a great hand-picked team of highly trained teachers all with professional dancing backgrounds. Their skills, experience, encouragement and teamwork is what makes Complete Dance Studios an environment in which pupils thrive. They are all fully qualified with either the International Dance Teachers Association or the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance and all hold DBS, First Aid training and Chaperone Licenses.
All of our teachers have worked professionally in the industry and have decades of teaching experience. Between them they also share qualifications in specialised areas such as; Progressing Ballet Technique, Acrobatic Arts, Cheer, LAMDA and Studio and Fitness Instruction.

Jo Gillespie’s love and passion for dancing started from the age of two when her mum took her to her very first dance class. From that day on she was hooked and dance became her life…
Jo went on to have an extensive and rewarding career spanning over ten years in the events and entertainment industry.
Her credits include many televised events for Sky Sports including the Rugby World Cup Final, Summer Festival tour with Blue, Barcardi Blast Asia Tour with Judge Jules, Daniel Beddingfield backing dancer, West Ham Hammerette, Formula One, Radio One Events and many other live events and shows across the world.
Jo has been teaching all styles of dance for over twenty five years. She enjoys passing her love of dance onto her students, however if she is not in the studio you will most likely find her travelling the length and breadth of the country with the CDS elite competition team, showcasing their extraordinary talent to great acclaim.
