Stock availability/back orders
Availability of stock cannot be guaranteed, and CDS accepts no liability for consequential loss due to late deliveries from us or our suppliers. Items which are not available at time of order will be placed on back order, unless otherwise stated.

General returns information
You may return eligible items for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Please email juliegreve@completedance.co.uk with the following details

  • Invoice number for each item
  • Order date for each item
  • Product Description for each item
  • Quantity for each item
  • Returns reason for each item

All returns must be left with a member of Staff in the original named carrier bag. Once received and checked your refund or exchange will be issued.

Refunds or exchanges will only be actioned if the following applies:

  • Unwanted goods in an unworn state with labels attached and with original packaging
  • Tights, underwear and foot thongs in its original, sealed and unopened packaging

Items not eligible for return:

  • Personalised items unless faulty
  • All items without original packaging
  • Items which have been worn and/or washed unless faulty

Please note that returned items may take up to 28 days to be processed.
